Global objective: To encourage cocoa farmers to protect biodiversity by adopting sustainable cocoa farming practices in the periphery of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lobéké National Park.

Expected results:

  • Producers systematically work in organized groups at each stage of the cocoa value chain and increase their income.
  • Cocoa farmers have access to long-term sustainable and self-sufficient inclusive financing.
  • Producers have access to the labeled market.
  • Farmers engage in the processing of high-quality cocoa and other non-timber forest products.
